An album with attention to the vulnerable state of a son who’s blessed to see enlightenment; a ten-track poetic experience, narrated by The Enlightened One, with restless devotion. Written with creative expressions targeting the trauma, grief, and negative influences that would eventually teach a boy holy lessons. The story from boy to man: Unrequited Son will provide insight, elicit shock, and build unexpected twists and thrills, culminating in an inspirational and memorable truth.  

Vulnerable

The origins of trauma can traverse throughout bloodlines, causing lasting damage. This truth echoes deeply within every human spirit, yet many people are hesitant to confront it. Seeking resolution for the trauma that has affected my lineage is a journey filled with thoughts of scrutiny, sacrifice, and doubt—not just from outsiders but also from those closest to me. Unrequited Son will aim to reveal the vulnerabilities within my soul to the audience, creating a bond through our shared traumas as we unite in spirit.

Delivered

Everyone can find salvation even in the darkest times. Those who can overcome the injustices of trauma will gain clarity on their path to deliverance. This album will captivate audiences with an intriguing lineup of poems from a poet who has discovered a unique way to express vulnerability through spoken words. My journey to redemption was not easy; nothing worthwhile ever is. In the Spring of 2026, lovers of poetry and the enlightened will listen in unity as we welcome the first album of Sir. Aristus, The Enlightened One.
